One thing I have actually noticed is that there are plenty of fallacies regarding the banking institutions intentions while talking about home foreclosure. One misconception in particular is the fact that the bank would like your house. The lender wants your hard earned money, not the house. They want the money they loaned you having interest. Averting the bank will only draw a foreclosed summary. Thanks for your posting.
